When you see the deal, remember our Mat classes are taught on professional, raised, leather upholstery mats, with no more than 4 clients to a class, by a certified instructor who is teaching, not doing the exercises with clients. And our clients can check availability and register for classes online.

Monday 7:15 pm (Basic)

Tuesday 6:00 pm (Intermed)

Thursday 9:00 am (Basic)

Friday 7:00 am (Intermed - Starts Nov 4)

    Saturday 9:00 am (All Levels)
