Continuing Education

Like other teachers, Pilates instructors are required to obtain continuing education credits. I leave Thursday for the Annual Power Pilates conference. Will be taking 15 hours of training on the latest in the Pilates method and instructor techniques to improve my skills and the overall experience of my clients.

Am excited to update my skills, see old friends, and compare notes on our experiences. There are three of us who trained in the same studio in CA. Since completing our training, we have all become full-time instructors, changed careers, in three different states, in different studio settings.

I'm looking forward to sharing my experiences and updated knowledge with my clients. Will be tweeting over the next few days with an updated blog next week.
